After the adoption of the Blenheim Town Centre Future Growth report, Pocock Design Environment led a separate process and developed a comprehensive design brief for the town centre streetscape. The design process covered key aspects such as street lighting, surfacing, furniture, art and way finding, key public spaces and most importantly delivered a strategy for staging and preliminary cost estimates.
