Eastfield Master Plan

Following the Canterbury earthquakes, the property owners of a city block in the Ashburton's CBD joined together to develop a master plan to revitalize their main street. Pocock Design Environment led the master planning process which involved the council, property owners and architects. The joint proposal was put forward to council as a city block redevelopment to ensure a cohesive planning approach that would benefit both individual developers and the CBD as a whole.
