Liz Davidson Place
‘Flexibility’ was the key word when it comes to the design of this brand new public space in the heart of Blenheim CBD. Utilising mature existing trees, it provides amenity for people to rest and have lunch and is also designed to be used for major events and the popular farmers market. Named after the first mayor of Marlborough, it signals the start of the CBD public realm upgrade, under the guidance of the CBD streetscape design guide also developed by Pocock Design Environment.
