Whanganui Tram

The Wanganui tram project is part of an overall waterfront regeneration process that aims to reconnect the city to the river's edge. This project, although small has a number of complexities that included the integration of the old tramway into the existing waterfront landscape. A key component of this design was using lighting and art within the landscape to create a vibrant and functional waterfront space.
